Refund policy

As all items at Previously Hers are pre-loved, we kindly ask that you review descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase.

Returns are accepted only if an item is significantly misrepresented or faulty. Please contact us within three days of receiving your order at hello@previouslyhers.com.au if you believe your item is not as described.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all tags attached and no signs of wear, use, or damage. Previously Hers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or natural signs of pre-wear that are clearly stated in product listings.

Any third-party authentication services purchased through Previously Hers are non-refundable.
